S&D Controls, established in 2023, is the Czech subsidiary of the Component Group, created to serve the Czech and Slovak markets.
We specialize in the trade of process control instruments and devices for the oil, gas, and chemical industries. Our high-quality solutions support industrial processes in these sectors, contributing to enhanced efficiency and safety.
Since 1989, Component Ltd. has been involved in the distribution of industrial control instruments, fittings, and industrial pumps. In 2019, it became a corporate group after acquiring D-Tech Ltd, a distributor of industrial pumps.
This acquisition expanded not only our product range but also our services. Today, we see ourselves more as an engineering service provider, offering comprehensive engineering solutions in addition to products.
We aim to provide similarly comprehensive services in the Czech Republic and Slovakia as we do in Hungary. We no longer see the Component Group as just a distributor but as a company offering engineering services, where we propose solutions for various tasks.
We meticulously assemble the final products from a diverse range of manufacturers we represent, ensuring it is perfectly tailored to meet the client’s needs. This is where we excel, and this is what we aim to represent with S&D Controls as well.

D-Tech Ltd.
D-Tech Ltd. has been present in the Hungarian industrial pump market since 1992 and has become the exclusive distributor for several renowned manufacturers over the years. The company joined the Component Group in 2019, opening up new growth opportunities, including the launch of a service center.
D-Tech Ltd.'s offerings include products from the Flowserve group, such as submersible pumps, screw pumps, and sewage grinders, used in various industries like oil and pharmaceuticals.

S&D Controls is the Component Group's first international subsidiary and the initial step in the company's global expansion. Founded in 2023 in the Czech Republic, we serve the Czech and Slovak markets.
